Remedies and aids
What you have to consider when remedies and/or aids are prescribed to you.
Remedies and aids are for example massages, inserts, walkers etc.. For remedies and aids prescribed by a doctor the insured person also has to contribute a co-payment. The co-payment may differ in the amount payable by the insured person but the maximum amount is limited to 10 Euros.
The insured person receives these services from the respective provider (e.g. massage therapist, orthopedic shoemaker etc.) upon presenting the doctor's prescription and making the co-payment.
