Germany's best health insurance
The TK remains Germany's best statutory health insurance. This is the result of the huge test the business magazine Focus-Money conducted (edition 49/2011).
At the top, again
For the 6th time the magazine Focus-Money tested the range of benefits and services of statutory health insurances. For the 6th time the TK is the winner. The TK holds this excellent result continuously since 2006.
Best benefits
In four disciplines TK rated first: Optional plans, special offers for ambulatory and stationary care, transparency and additional services. In this test experts analyzed 65 nationwide and regional health insurances concerning 12 different criteria: Contribution rate and financial strength, optional plans, bonus programs, alternative medicine, ambulatory and stationary care, health promotion, additional services, dental care, transparency and additional insrances.
No additional contribution
The financial strength of the TK is very good, Focus-Money attested. Therefore it is set: TK will not charge an additional contribution in 2012 from its insurants.
