Techniker Krankenkasse provides excellent service – after conducting an extensive assessment of various quality criteria, TÜV SÜD has once again confirmed this. The quality inspectors thoroughly assessed TK in a process that lasted several weeks. Service culture and reliability, customer satisfaction, qualification and satisfaction of employees, as well complaint handling were evaluated. To arrive at their results, the inspectors conducted audits in the company and evaluated both customer and employee surveys.

Since 2008, TK has commissioned the independent inspectors at TÜV SÜD to audit the company’s customer service annually and has been continuously improving its service quality ever since. In 2014, TK was voluntarily audited for the first time in accordance with the TÜV "ServiceExcellence" standard.
