TÜV "ServiceExcellence" certification

TK was the first nationwide health insurance fund to be awarded the TÜV "ServiceExcellence" certification.

TK offers an outstanding service, TÜV SÜD convinced themselves of this after intensively testing different quality criteria and making TK the first nationwide statutory health insurance fund to be awarded with the TÜV "ServiceExcellence" seal.

The quality testers thoroughly scrutinised TK in a test that lasted several weeks. They rated the service culture and reliability, customer satisfaction, staff qualifications and satisfaction as well as the handling of complaints. To arrive at their results, the testers carried out audits in the company and analysed customer and staff questionnaires, among other things.


"ServiceExcellence" follows "ServiceQuality"

TK has been having its customer service checked by independent testers from TÜV SÜD since 2008 and has been able to continuously improve its service quality since then. In 2014 TK had itself assessed for the first time according to the new TÜV "ServiceExcellence" standard that is based on even more extensive testing criteria than for the previous “ServiceQuality” standard.
