This document contains the Data Protection Policy for the TK-InnovationsPortal. In addition, the General Data Protection Policy applies unless this Data Protection Policy contains deviating provisions.
With the TK-InnovationsPortal, the Techniker Krankenkasse, as the responsible body within the meaning of the Data Protection Act, provides an online platform for information and contact for providers of pension innovations. The Techniker Krankenkasse collects and processes personal data to provide the offer under www.tk.de/innovationsportal. This does not involve social data in terms of the SGB (German Social Security Code), but rather personal data according to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) as well as the BDSG (Federal Data Protection Act).Submission of the TK-Innovation ProfileThe usage of the online contact form "TK-Innovationssteckbrief" (TK-Innovation Profile) as a component of the TK-InnovationsPortal provides for a personal reply of a TK employee to the submitter. Therefore, next to the information pertaining to the pension innovation, the following information regarding the contact person is collected in the Profile:salutationacademic titlefirst and surnametelephone numbere-mail addressFurther information (e.g. pitch deck or study results) can be uploaded via the provided document-upload function. The data from the Innovation Profile to TK is transmitted in secure mode. All data provided is stored exclusively on TK-own servers.Usage of personal dataWith the submission of your completed TK Innovation Profile, you agree that your profile including your contact data may be used in the context of internal checks (i.e. assessment of the submitted innovation by TK employees in terms of potential for collaboration) and that the TK employees may contact you by way of the data provided by you in case of questions and to inform you of the test results.Your data will only be collected, processed and used for the TK-internal verification of your pension innovation. Your data will never be transmitted to third parties. If an attachment (document) provided to us is protected, we have to cancel this protection for further processing and filing in our system.By providing your personal contact data in the TK-Innovation Profile you assure TK that you, as the contact person for the provider of the pension innovation, are the authorised representative entitled to complete the Profile and provide TK with the submitted data.Deregistration and data storageYou can apply informally for the erasure of your submitted data and documents at innovationsportal@tk.de. Please inform us in your application as to whether you only require the erasure of your personal contact data (contact person) or the erasure of all submitted data of the Profile (company data). In the event of uncertainty in the application for erasure (e.g. erasure of submitted company data by unauthorised persons), we reserve the right to a final contact with the company for confirmation purposes.
