Privacy policy regarding the post-call direct survey
The following privacy statement contains the data protection information that applies to post-call direct surveys. The general information set out in Art. 13 GDPR also applies to the processing of data by Techniker Krankenkasse (TK) insofar as no alternative provisions have been agreed on this point.
General information on data processing at TK. In the following, we explain which personal data are collected in connection with post-call direct surveys, the purposes for which they are collected and your rights with regard to your personal data.Purpose and legal basis of data processingPost-call direct surveys are used to improve our service for you. The legal basis for the processing of these data is your consent as set out in Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. A direct survey will only be initiated if you have given your consent. The surveys contain open-ended text fields in which you can record your answers. The answers will be technically cleaned of personal data afterwards.Type of data collectedYour voice is converted from speech to text in real time. Other personal (social) data provided by you (names, insurance numbers, addresses etc.) are technically recognised and anonymised during conversion from speech to text.Order processingThe post-call direct survey service is provided for TK by Cognigy GmbH, Speditionstraße 1, 40221 Düsseldorf, Germany, in accordance with TK’s specifications (order processing). Cognigy is subject to TK’s data protection requirements and data protection monitoring. Storage periodYour voice will not be recorded. Your answers will be processed by TK in anonymised text form.
