Eligibility requirements for "Recruit members and win"

Organiser of the competition: Techniker Krankenkasse, Körperschaft des öffentlichen Rechts (public law corporation), Bramfelder Str. 140, 22305 Hamburg

Eligibility: Members and insurees of TK, who have won a new member for TK; natural persons, at least 18 years old and with residency in Germany

Employees of Techniker Krankenkasse and their relatives are excluded from the participation.

In order to participate in the competition, the recruiter field on the membership application has to be completed. If the application is completed online, the data of the recruiter has also to be filled in at ""Became aware by"".

If the recruited person is recommended more than once, the recommendation received first is entered into the draw.

The judges decision is final.

Participation only within the respective participation period. In each case, the participation period is specified in the article ""Mitglieder werben und gewinnen"" (Recruit members and win).

The winner is drawn by lottery and notified by post or by phone.

By presenting the award, Techniker Krankenkasse is exempt from all obligations. The personal data of the participant is processed electronically and stored until revocation to process the lottery. The data is only transferred to third parties if required due to the type of prize or the presentation of the award.
