Can I change my PIN or my PUK?

Yes, you can also assign a PIN of your choice. To do this, please visit a TK customer service centre. To create a new PIN, you first have to enter your old PIN on the card reader. You can then assign a new PIN.

The PUK cannot be changed.

You will need the PUK code if you have entered your PIN incorrectly three times. Entering the PUK will reset the PIN and you can then assign a new PIN.
