Do you use the PIN to log in via your phone, e.g., to use TK-Safe or the gematik E-prescription app? In that case, you can assign yourself a new PIN. All you have to do is enter the PUK. We sent this to you with your PIN by post.

Alternatively, you can go to your local TK customer service centre. Our staff will be pleased to help you. Remember to take your TK eHealth card and PUK with you.

If you have lost your PIN and PUK, you will firstly need to get a new card. You can simply request a new card via the TK-App.

Once you have your new eHealth card, you can order a new PIN. Please note: Your old card remains valid without the PIN for any visits to the doctor’s surgery until the new card arrives.
