How do I get a PIN for the TK eHealth card?

How to order the PIN for the eHealth card:

In the TK-App using the Nect Wallet App . The plus for you: with Nect you can identify yourself digitally and receive your PIN directly by post.

Via the English-language TK-App , click on your profile and then select "Order PIN".

Via our online members' area Meine TK . Please note that this link is in German.

In person at a TK customer service centre. Our German-language centre search will help you find a service centre close to you. If you have ordered your PIN in one of our customer service centres, it will be sent to you by post within a few days.

Important: if you ordered the PIN using the TK-App, Meine TK or on the phone, you will receive it via the PostIdent procedure. This means that you will only be given the PIN letter by the postal worker once you have identified yourself using an official identification document. However you choose to order the PIN, you will need your valid eHealth card and an official document, such as your identity card. It is not sufficient to send us an e-mail to order a PIN.

Your PIN is only valid for your current eHealth card. If you order or receive a new card, you will also need a new PIN.
