The most convenient way is to send the necessary documents is via the TK-App.You will need the following documents to claim back the costs:the prescription (paper or electronic),the invoice for the vaccine, andthe invoice for the doctor's feeThe TK-App lets you send us the documents quickly and easily no matter where you are.If you are not yet using the TK-App, send the originals of the above-mentioned documents to us together with your bank account details (no street or house number required): Techniker Krankenkasse 20905 HamburgIn the case of travel vaccinations, please be sure to mention that the vaccinations are required for a private trip abroad and tell us which country you will be visiting.
