TK-Fit - your personal fitness tracker

TK-Fit is part of the TK-App and helps you keep track of your personal fitness behaviour. Track your daily steps and your bike mileage, connect TK-Fit with other fitness apps and receive attractive rewards for completing challenges. Find out here everything you need to know about TK-Fit.

TK-Fit - getting started

TK-Fit is TK's fitness programme and has been developed to help you get more exercise during your everyday life. What’s more, TK-Fit converts every step you take and every metre you cycle into hard cash! Choose between a health bonus from the TK Bonus Plan [Mein Bonusprogramm, available in German language] or a contribution towards the sports gear and fitness courses offered by our partners.

Are you already using the TK-App, and are you at least 16 years old? If so, log in and select "TK-Fit". Consent to the data privacy terms and confirm your participation in the TK Bonus Plan. Then all you have to do is connect your wearable and off you go!

You will get the first voucher for one of the premiums offered by our partners when you reach the first milestone of three weeks. The next will be awarded after eight successful weeks. Just select the voucher in TK-Fit and retrieve it.
