What happens to my data?

Your data is read and pseudonymised so that it can be used for your challenge. Information on this can be found in the conditions of participation that you agreed to at the start of the test phase. These are saved in the settings.

If you use Thryve, then you can choose from a number of data sources to track your steps or distance covered by bike. The table below gives an overview of these.

It can take several minutes for the step data to be transferred to TK-Fit. Unfortunately, it takes a little longer for cycling data to be processed; around one hour during the pilot phase. We are already working on an optimisation.

Yes, you can change data sources at any time. The TK-Fit Challenge will continue to run. In order not to compromise the current week of the TK-Fit Challenge, data from the last two weeks will be called up from the new data source retroactively. The weeks which have been completed are not affected.

There may be a number of reasons for this. The selected data source can be reconnected either in the Settings or on the detailed pilot phase page. If that doesn't help, change your data source.

Yes, the test phase can be ended at any time. Simply call up the information on the pilot phase on the TK-Fit dashboard and execute the "End pilot phase" feature at the end of the following page. You will then no longer be able to participate in the challenge.

It is currently not possible to switch to an iOS device. We are working on a solution to also include iPhone devices during the test phase. If you wish to continue using TK-Fit after changing devices, it is important that you finish the test phase before switching.
