What is TK-Fit?

What is TK-Fit?

TK-Fit is TK's fitness programme and has been developed to help you get more exercise during your everyday life. What’s more, TK-Fit converts every step you take and every metre you cycle into hard cash! Choose between a health bonus from the TK Bonus Plan [Mein Bonusprogramm, available in German language] or a contribution towards the sports gear and fitness courses offered by our partners.

Can you meet your exercise targets and work through our fitness lessons in ten weeks out of twelve? This will net you 1,000 points in our Bonus Plan - up to two times every year you participate.
Your challenge:

Meet the weekly exercise goal of 60,000 steps, 40 kilometres of cycling or a combination of both in ten weeks out of twelve.

You will get the first voucher for one of the premiums offered by our partners when you reach the first milestone of three weeks. The next will be awarded after eight successful weeks. Just select the voucher in TK-Fit and retrieve it.
