I can't access TK-Fit. What should I do? On rare occasions, you might find that TK-Fit doesn't open correctly. There's several possible solutions to solve this problem.
Update the app: Start by checking whether you have downloaded the current version of the TK-App.Reconnect with your data source: If you have just started with TK-Fit, try disconnecting your data source from TK-Fit and reconnecting it.End TK-Fit in the TK-App settings: Please note that doing this will delete all the activities you have logged so far.Have you already been taking part in TK-Fit for a long time? If so, feel free to call us on 0800 - 285 85 85. Together we will find a solution!
