Can I see a doctor who only treats private patients? Will TK cover the costs?
Techniker Krankenkasse covers the costs of all contractual services if they are provided by a statutory health insurance doctor, i.e. a doctor who is permitted to treat patients covered by statutory health insurance. Techniker Krankenkasse cannot cover the costs for treatment by a private doctor.
