Yes, if you received your treatment in a dental practice on or after 1 October 2022 and you are 18 or older, we will pay a one-off subsidy of up to 40 EUR a year for your professional teeth cleaning. If you have supplementary dental insurance, you can get a subsidy for professional dental cleaning today.

In order to have the costs for professional teeth cleaning reimbursed, you must firstly pay the invoice issued by the dental practice. You can then submit this invoice via either the TK-App or the password-protected "Meine TK" area on our website (currently only available in German language).
Please note that we are unable to reimburse the costs for professional teeth cleaning treatments performed before 1 October 2022.
Supplementary dental insurance
You can receive a subsidy for professional teeth cleaning by taking out supplementary dental insurance. If you have taken out supplementary dental insurance with our partner Envivas, the "ZahnFlex" insurance plans (content in German language) cover preventive dental care in the form of professional teeth cleaning.
