The most convenient way is to submit your Bonus Plan activities online through the TK-App or in the German-language area "Meine TK". You can use this option even if you still have a paper bonus booklet.

You can enter your activities online in your Bonus Plan. Proof must be provided for each activity you submit. Detailed information is available in the TK-App and in the German-language area "Meine TK". Here you always have an overview of the activities you have submitted and the number of points you have collected so far.

Once you have redeemed your points for the current participation year, you will no longer be able to submit any activities for that year. Your new participation year will start automatically when the year for which you have redeemed your points expires. You can then start collecting activities all over again.

If you do not wish to take part in the TK Bonus Plan online, you can use a paper bonus booklet to collect your activities instead. Please feel free to call us on 0800 - 285 85 85 and ask us to send you your personal bonus booklet.
