Once you have registered, you have 12 months in which to record all the health-promoting activities you have undertaken during this time.
You must redeem the points within three months of the end of your participation year, otherwise you will forfeit them. We will then transfer you 10 EUR for each activity you submit. Alternatively, you can obtain a TK Health Dividend of 20 EUR per activity, which you can then put towards the cost of selected services. from the catalogue of benefits.
Your new participation year will begin immediately after you redeemed the points at the end of the old one. You can now start recording new activities.
