You can put your TK Health Dividend from the TK Bonus Plan towards the costs of selected benefits. These include fitness trackers, sports equipment, fee-based health courses, acupuncture and much more.

How do I redeem my TK Health Dividend from the TK Bonus Plan?

You can use the TK Health Dividend you earn from the TK Bonus Plan for the following benefits and products:

acupuncture

anthroposophic remedies, e.g. curative eurhythmy

glasses and contact lenses to improve vision

extended dental services, e.g. fissure sealing and functional analysis

equipment for measuring and recording your health and fitness (fitness trackers)

health courses (also online)

midwifery services (antenatal courses for partners, antenatal acupuncture, on-call service (provided the conditions set out in Sec. 27g of TK's statutes are fulfilled))

services listed in the Hufeland-Leistungsverzeichnis der Besonderen Therapierichtungen [Hufeland Directory of Special Therapeutic Fields]

membership of a sports club or gym

osteodensitometry (bone mineral density measurement)

osteopathy, provided the conditions set out in Sec. 27b of TK's statutes are fulfilled and you have already exhausted your non-statutory benefit

private supplementary health and long-term care insurance (offered, e.g., by our cooperation partner Envivas)

professional teeth cleaning (PZR [PCT])

eye tests

sports and gym equipment

sports and fitness courses (also online)

You get 1,000 points for every activity you submit to the TK Bonus Plan. This is equivalent to 10 EUR, which is paid out when you redeem your points at the end of your participation year. To redeem it, please send us the invoices for which you want to use your TK Health Dividend. You can easily do this online in the TK-App or by sending us a message from your password-protected German-language area "Meine TK". Alternatively, you can send us the invoice by post. You will find the relevant address on the letter we will send you after you have redeemed your points at the end of your participation year. We will then transfer the corresponding amount to your account.

We will then send you a new bonus booklet in plenty of time before your new participation year starts.
