How do I redeem my points when my participation year in the TK Bonus Plan ends?

You can redeem your points when your year of participation in the TK Bonus Plan is nearing its end or when you decide that you do not wish to submit any more activities for that year. You can do this online in the TK-App or in the German-language area "Meine TK", or by sending us your completed bonus booklet.

When you redeem your points, you must decide whether you would prefer to have your health bonus paid out or get the TK Health Dividend. After you have redeemed your points, there is nothing more you have to do. The new participation year will start automatically at the end of the year for which you have redeemed your points.

We suggest you take part in the Bonus Plan online. This is more practical for you and for us, besides protecting the environment. It also means that you no longer have to send us your bonus booklet and can save on postage.

Do you still want to carry on using your paper booklet? If so, you can send it to us by post to redeem your points for the year. You will find the address in the bonus booklet.

Once you have redeemed your points for your participation year, you can no longer submit any activities for that year.
