One year of participation in the TK Bonus Plan lasts 12 months. First, you have to register. You can then record your health-promoting activities and reward yourself with a health bonus. Another year of participation begins when the first 12 months have expired.

If you would like to take part in the TK-Bonus Plan, all you have to do is:
- Register
You can register for the TK Bonus Plan online in the TK-App or in the German-language area "Meine TK". If you do not want to use the Bonus Plan online, please feel free to call us on 0800 - 285 85 85 and we will send you the registration documents by post. - Submit activities
Once you have registered, you have 12 months in which to record all the health-promoting activities you have undertaken during this time. - Redeem your points for the participation year
You must redeem the points within three months of the end of your participation year, otherwise you will forfeit them. We will then transfer you 10 EUR for each activity you submit. Alternatively, you can obtain a TK Health Dividend of 20 EUR per activity, which you can then put towards the cost of selected services. from the catalogue of benefits. - Start a new participation year
Your new participation year will begin immediately after you redeemed the points at the end of the old one. You can now start recording new activities.
