Its contributions do not under any circumstances replace individual, personal advice provided by your TK customer advisor. Legally binding benefit commitments and any other legally binding declarations made by TK or the user via this contact channel are excluded. Generally, information about medical matters cannot be given.
Users must not use TK chat for advertising or other irrelevant content. TK will not answer any contributions in the TK chat service that breach the provisions of criminal and press law of the Federal Republic of Germany, that are morally objectionable, in bad taste or do not comply with polite manners, and TK reserves the right to block users temporarily or permanently from participation in TK chat.
