Women aged under 25 can request a chlamydia test once a year. This test can be performed using a urine sample. In some cases, your doctor may also suggest a swab. The swab is a private service which you will have to pay for yourself. In both cases, the results are usually available in just a few days.

More details

Regardless of their age, women are also entitled to chlamydia testing while receiving antenatal care or before a pregnancy termination. These costs will be billed directly using your TK eHealth card.

We are unable to cover the costs of tests requested by women aged 25 and over or men.
