Contact satisfaction on the phone: 95 per cent of all respondents who have recently called TK are satisfied with the call (result for the period January to December 2025)

TK came out top with a ranking of "very good" in the ServiceAtlas study in 2025.

IInsurees were particularly impressed by the friendliness and politeness of staff, their willingness to help, availability by phone and the quality of the advice given. TK received top marks in all performance categories.

The ServiceValue study was based on the views of 4.456 insurees on 42 large German statutory health insurance funds.
