What should I do if a stamp is missing from my dental bonus book­let?

If you miss your regular check-up in any one year, you will not be entitled to a higher contribution towards the cost of dental prostheses until you can prove that you have had check-ups at a dental practice every year for at least five years.

You will not forfeit your bonus claim if you do not have a bonus stamp for 2020. You do not have to do anything; if necessary, we will take the year 2020 into account automatically.
