You may be shown an error message in the TK-Ident App and not be able to log in for example. 

If you have had the app open for too long without using it, it may no longer work. In that case, you will have to close and open it again. A smartphone may occasionally not recognise your TK eHealth card or ID card. Read on for more details on the best way to proceed. 

Important: It is currently not possible to register one person on two different devices in the TK-Ident App. We are working on a solution.
